Lina Strandvåg Nagell, Deputy Director & Head of Policy, Bellona Europa.
Lina has a strong background in policy, economics and law, working on sustainable finance and how to enable well-functioning markets to further our fight against climate change. Working on these topics in Brussels since 2018.
She has focused in particular on the deployment of low-carbon technologies, ensuring their real climate impact, how to address market failures and barriers to ensure a sustainable economy and how to increase capital flows to low-carbon initiatives and projects. Lina is Vice-Chair of the CCS Europe board, and Co-Chair to the Zero-Emission Platform’s (ZEP) Network on Policy & Technology. Nagell has previously held the role of co-chair to the Working Group on Infrastructure under the CCUS Forum organised by the European Commission.
